HELPFUL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING AND MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT ON I FEEL ART

We are always interested in seeing new work and pride ourselves on discovering and nurturing talent. We work with a large and diverse range of customers, with trends and innovation key to the ranges we present.
If you would like your work to be considered for use in the many markets in which we operate, we would love to hear from you.
If you would like to express an interest in joining as an artist and gallery, please use the ‘Register Now’ link which can also be found on the login page - where submissions can be sent for consideration.
Artists who are selected to be published by I Feel Art can also benefit from our industry knowledge and can seek advice on topics such as image licensing and gallery representation.
Once you've received your invitation email, you can access your application to complete and submit. You'll find more information about this in out Getting Started guide.
CHANGE OR RESET YOUR PASSWORD
To reset your password:
Step 1 – Select the user button on the I Feel Art homepage to open the Login page
Step 2 – Click “Forgot your Password?” to open the Forgot Password page.
Step 3 – Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Password Link”.
Step 4 – You’ll receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password. Click this link and you’ll be taken to a page where you can submit a new password.
To change your password:
Step 1 – Select the settings icon to open the setting sidebar and select “change password”
Step 2 – Enter your new password in the “New Password” field as well as the “Confirm Password” field and click Submit.
UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Email email@example.com to change name information, email address or the ID scan on file.
Step 1 – To access your profile information you can either select “My Profile” from the navigation menu or select “profile” in the dropdown next to your profile image or select “update profile” from the settings sidebar.
Step 2 – If you need to change your email address, edit the email address in the Email field, then scroll down and click Save. If you need to change your shipping address, proceed to step 3.
Step 3 – If you need to change your shipping address, click Address and Identification from the menu beneath your profile picture (see below).
Step 4 – Enter your new shipping address or email address in the fields provided, then scroll down and click Save.
UPLOAD LIMIT SETTINGS
Your upload limit is set automatically when your account application is approved. We are constantly review the limit available to our users with a view to always increase the size of your portfolio.

If you would like you limit reviewed individually, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCEL/DELETE AN ARTIST ACCOUNT
If you'd like to cancel your I Feel Art account, please email email@example.com with your request and our Support Team will assist you.
Providing a reason for your cancellation within the email is optional, but we would greatly appreciate it if you let us know why you've chosen to leave the I Feel Art community. Though we're sorry to see you go, your valuable input will help us continually improve the service and experience we provide to artists and art lovers around the world.
