There is a limit to the number of artwork you can upload. You can find details on your Dashboard of how many works of art you have uploaded and how many uploads you have remaining (see below).
Note: the ‘number of product variation’ is the total number of products we are able to make available to purchase.
Your image file size should be 1200 X 1500 pixels or larger, no larger than 50Mb and in the colour format of RGB.
Step 1 – Hover over and select ‘Artwork’ in the main menu and you’ll be directed to your portfolio (see below).
Step 2 – Click the grey ‘add artwork’ button, which you’ll find at the top and to the right of your portfolio. You’ll be taken to the Artwork Upload page. Click the ‘choose file’ button and a pop up window of your computer's files will appear. Browse your folders for the image file you’d like to upload. Select that file and the image will preview confirming your selection.
Once you’re happy with your selection, click the green ‘Upload Image’ button and it will begin uploading to I Feel Art.
Step 3 - Once your work has been uploaded, you will be required to complete the artwork details
Choosing the area on the image you’d like to print couldn’t be easier. Simply drag the corners of the highlighted area until you are happy with your selection.
Next, provide the title of your artwork – you will only be able to enter this once. Please ensure your title is free from errors, as it cannot be changed.
The art description needs to be at least 50 characters. Feel free to write as much information as you wish to describe your artwork and your creative process.
Next, provide the mediums, materials, and the style of your artwork. Then, provide at least 5 keywords that relate to you or the artwork. They can any word that is relative to your creative process and/or the artwork itself. Press "enter" after each word.
Next, select if you would like to sell Open Edition or a Limited Edition print. If you choose sell a Limited Edition print, you will be prompted to provide the total number of Prints Available for I Feel Art and the total prints available in all channels.
If you are a Gallery user, you also have the option of providing a Manual Artist Reference, Artist First Name and Artist Last Name. The Manual Artist Reference would typically be your galleries/companies internal reference to distinguish between your artists, however this field can be used for any purpose of your choosing as the information will not appear on artwork listings. The Artist First Name and Artist Last Name field information should denote the creator of the artwork and will appear on artwork listings.
You will also need to confirm that you are the copyright owner of the image. (Note: that you must be the owner of the copyright or have the rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant I Feel Art the rights to commercially exploit this artwork on behalf of the artist(s) - to proceed with uploading the artwork. For more information on our terms that you agreed to upon creating an account with I Feel Art, please read here.)
The last thing you’ll need to do before submitting your work is to set the price of your prints. The combination of your image size and your crop dimensions determine the print sizes available. For tips on pricing, we offer some suggestions in our Getting Started article.
Lastly, select SUBMIT and you will then be taken back to your portfolio.

If you’re having problems uploading images, please try the following troubleshooting techniques:
- Clear cache on your web browser.
- Temporarily disable your Firewall or Anti-Virus program while uploading images to our site.
- Scroll to the top of the upload page to see the red error message bar. This displays an explanation of the uploading error, which may help you correct the problem.
- Your image may be too small. Make sure that it is a minimum of 1200 x 1500 pixels. (Note that although you may upload an image of at least 1200 x 1500 pixels, the ability to sell prints through the site is dependent on the pixel size and aspect ratio.
- Make sure that your image does NOT exceed 50 MB and is in the colour format of RGB (not CMYK)
