Can A Gallerist Sell Works By Artists They Represent?

We don’t allow individuals to sell works created by someone else. However, galleries may sell the work of artists they represent as long as the gallerist uploads their own government-issued photo ID.

The account must be created using the gallery name and all listed artworks must have the individual artist’s name in the artist name field. The gallery will be responsible for handling every aspect of the account and must reply to any requests or notifications of a sale in a timely manner.
